By creating an account or using Alisrah ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Alisrah is a software-as-a-service platform that lets couples and event planners design, publish, and share digital wedding invitations and collect RSVPs.
2. Account Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
- Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Plans, Payments & Billing
- Alisrah offers a free demo period followed by paid plans. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page.
- Payments are processed in PKR by Safepay (or by direct bank transfer where offered). All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Plans are one-time purchases that activate your account for the period stated on the plan.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you upload (names, photos, videos, music links, RSVP messages). You grant Alisrah a limited license to host and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alisrah's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi.
