Every plan on Alisrah delivers a digital wedding invitation hosted on our platform. There are no physical cards, packages, or couriered items involved.
2. Delivery Time
- Instant activation: Once your payment is confirmed by Safepay or verified by our team (for bank transfers), your account is upgraded automatically — usually within a few minutes.
- Bank transfer payments: Manual verification can take up to 24 business hours.
- Custom design plans (Maharani / Heritage): Initial draft delivered within 3–5 business days after onboarding call.
3. How You Receive the Service
- You log in to your dashboard at alisrah.com.
- Your unlocked plan, themes, and features become available immediately.
- You receive a confirmation email with your invoice and order reference.
4. Sharing Your Invitation with Guests
Once published, you can share your invitation via a public link, QR code, or WhatsApp button — instantly, with no shipping involved.
5. Service Availability
Alisrah is available 24/7 worldwide. As long as you have an internet connection, your invitation is accessible to you and your guests.
6. Failed or Delayed Activation
If your payment was successful but your account wasn't activated within 1 hour, please email support@alisrah.com or WhatsApp +92 324 7747007 with your transaction reference. We will resolve the issue and activate your account immediately.
7. International Customers
Customers from any country can purchase Alisrah using international debit/credit cards via Safepay. The service is delivered identically regardless of customer location — no shipping fees, no customs, no waiting.
