1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Standard Delivery Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days from dispatch. Delivery is available across the UAE and select international destinations.

3. Special Circumstances In rare cases — such as public holidays, high demand periods, extreme weather, or courier delays — delivery may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any significant delays.

4. Shipping Confirmation Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS.

5. Shipping Charges Shipping fees (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment.

6. Undeliverable Orders If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.
